Habits to pursue to become healthy

“Health is wealth”, something so simple and straightforward and yet can’t make a moving difference in our lives. We tend to turn a blind eye towards our health-related issues even if it is not to fight disease but to be fit and fair in our everyday life. It is a common notion how fitness is the key to a long and fruitful life, but the kind of motivation and hard work it demands seems next to impossible. Not taking things to the next level today let’s have a look at a few easier things we can assert to become more fit and healthy. Getting back into shape, being able to run, to be able to everything is the mantra we aim to achieve

  • Grow plants indoor

Planting plants outdoors can surely help the environment and the planet as a whole. Although bringing a few indoor plants can help improve your health in terms of oxygen level, mental peace, push to work harder and constant happiness. You can do it by ordering indoor plants online that suit the space and decor of your house. Air purifying or flowering can be the most beneficial category.

  • Wake up early

Early to bed early to rise all these rhymes from our childhood were just songs to us, but they have now gained real meaning in our lives and have done addition to our quality of life. Make it a habit to wake up early and sleep on time too. It keeps your body and mind balance perfect, and also helps you to stay more fit. Gastric problems, anxiety, and problems of this sort are sure to go away, and a few better changes are also expected.

  • An early morning walk

Not that you have woken up early instead of sipping tea and spoiling your health you can go for an early morning walk that could turn into an early morning run very soon. A brisk walk or slow and steady is your choice seeing your ability and habit. This will give you some time to think about life, work, relationships and other important aspects of life that give meaning to your life and your existence.

  • Drink more water

It is known to everyone drinking 6-7 litres of water every day is the best you can do for your body but how many of us actually abide by it. Our guess is not many. Change this cycle and make a promise to drink as much water as you can, even if you have to feed alarms to remind yourself. Have a bottle or a Tumbler with yourself at all times so you can’t miss any glass of water in a day. Rest assured you will see changes in your life sooner than later.

  • Drink less tea

Being in offices or working from home these days, drinking tea has become an everyday affair more than it used to be. Tea has components that reduce water levels in our body which can in no manner be good for our health. Hence reduce the number of teas from your schedule and replace it with coconut water, fresh fruit juice or citric drink like lemon. If not you can simply stick to water and add some flavour of squash to it.

  • Eat on time and healthy

Eating healthy and on-time, are trains on parallel tracks, you can’t quit on either. As vital it is to eat fruits and green vegetables, lesser sweets and more vitamins, it is equally important to engage a timetable to your meal cycle and abide by it. Breakfast at 8, lunch at 2, dinner at 8 again and do remember to take a break for fruits in between these meals at ideal times. You will see a difference in your health and strength balance in no time.

Cheers to a healthier you!
